Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

We offer exchanges only if the product you received is damaged, incorrect, or appears to have been tampered with during shipping. To be eligible, you must share a complete unboxing video recorded from start to finish within 24 hours of receiving the package. If we are not contacted within this timeframe, we may be unable to process an exchange or refund.

What If I Don’t Like the Product After Receiving It?

These resources allow you to review the product thoroughly before making a purchase. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preferences (e.g., “not liking” the item).

       2. Live Packaging Photos;   To provide full clarity, we offer unedited Live Photos                    taken   during the packaging process. These images reflect exactly how the product            looks before it’s shipped. You can view a wide range of these photos on our           Instagram Highlights.         

     3. Customer Reviews & Images:  We’ve gathered a large collection of reviews from               our customers, including photos they’ve shared after receiving their orders. These               are available both in our Instagram feed and in our Customer Reviews highlight,            offering real-world feedback on our products.  

By utilizing these tools, you can make well-informed decisions and have a clear understanding of what to expect. We’re here to support you with all the information you need before placing your order.

you’re not satisfied with the product and wish to exchange it for a different color or item, you can contact us within 24-48 hours to raise a request for excahnge, you have two options :-
1. We Arrange Pickup – A courier charge of ₹150 will be applicable.
2. Self-Courier – You can return the product using a courier service of your choice. Once we receive the product, we’ll dispatch the replacement. Please note, the pickup must be arranged by you. 

Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Important: Sale Products Are Not Eligible for Exchange or Return

Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer are strictly not eligible for exchange or return. Please make your purchase decisions accordingly.
